Clinical Information
FISH panel test on CD138+ cells in bone marrow specimens for the most common abnormalities observed in multiple myeloma. Includes: CDKN2C (1p32) deletion, CKS1B (1q21) amplification, gain of 5, gain of 9, gain of 15, 13q deletion, TP53 (17p13) deletion, and IGH::CCND1 (BCL1) fusion.
