FISH test on hematologic specimens for detection of BCR::ABL1 gene fusion. This fusion, associated with t(9;22), occurs in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and acute myeloid leukemia (AML)

- Bone Marrow Aspirate: 3 mL, EDTA preferred (NaHep accepted)
