Flow cytometry panel inclusive of CD3, CD4, CD8, and CD16 in bronchoalveolar lavage specimens. Reporting includes CD4:CD8 ratio and natural killer (NK)-cell enumeration.

- Bronchoalveolar lavage: 10 mL (min 5 mL) in sterile container with 2-4 mL MPLN RPMI transport media
- Fluids: 4 mL (minimum of 0.5 mL with 107 cells), Sterile container with 2-4 mL RPMI transport media or sterile saline
Specimen Stability
Specimen stable for 48 hours at 4°C.
