Clinical Information
The APTIMA Trichomonas vaginalis Assay is an in vitro qualitative nucleic acid amplification test cleared by the FDA for the detection of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from Trichomonas vaginalis to aid in the diagnosis of trichomoniasis.
