Clinical Information
CD138 enrichment of plasma cells or CD19 enrichment of B-cells. Includes cryopreservation if required. Does not include downstream assays such as flow cytometry, FISH probing, or FISH analysis.

CD19 enrichment:
- Whole Blood: 5 mL, EDTA preferred (NaHep accepted)
- Bone Marrow Aspirate: 3 mL, EDTA preferred (NaHep accepted)
CD138 enrichment:
- Bone Marrow Aspirate: 3 mL, EDTA preferred (NaHep accepted)

Shipping Recommendations
AMBIENT, Use a refrigerated (NOT FROZEN) gel pack in the shipment to protect from extreme temperatures. Separate gel pack from specimen. Do not freeze.

Clotted specimen; Specimen exposed to extreme temperature; Anticoagulant toxic to cells; Insufficient number of cells
