Clinical Information
FISH panel test on hematologic specimens for the most common abnormalities observed in eosinophilia. Includes: FIP1L1::PDGFRA (4q12) gene fusion, PDGFRB (5q32) rearrangement, and FGFR1 (8p11.2) rearrangement.

- Bone Marrow Aspirate: 3 mL, EDTA preferred (NaHep accepted)

AMBIENT, Use a refrigerated (NOT FROZEN) gel pack in the shipment to protect from extreme temperatures. Separate gel pack from specimen. Do not freeze.
