Clinical Information

FISH panel test on hematologic specimens for the most commonly observed abnormalities in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Includes: 5 and 5q, 7 and 7q, RUNX1::RUNX1T1 fusion, CBFB rearrangement, KMT2A rearrangement. Frequently ordered in conjunction with AML Secondary Panel.
